Donald Trump has fired his National Security Adviser, John Bolton. In a tweet, the President stated that he "disagreed strongly" with many of Bolton's suggestions, and had therefore asked him for his resignation. He added that he would be naming a replacement next week. ....I asked John for his resignation, which was given to me this morning. I thank John very much for his service. I will be naming a new National Security Advisor next week. — Donald J.
