Jim McGuinness continues to exclude Declan Bogue all these years later

Joe Molloy was joined by GAA journalist Declan Bogue on Wednesday's Off The Ball. Twelve years ago, Jim McGuinness refused to speak to the media following Donegal's All-Ireland win while Declan remained in the room. Citing a book that Declan wrote, 'This Is Our Year', which included contributions from the Donegal footballer Kevin Cassidy, as the reason why he would not speak in Bogue's presence, McGuinness has never publicly specified what it was in the book that irritated him so. At the recent launch of the Ulster Senior Football Championship in Belfast, McGuinness, back in place as the Donegal senior men's football manager, has made it clear that he will continue not to speak to Bogue or in his presence.
