James Bay James Bay is back with his most personal music yet, with his new single Chew On My Heart. He told Sarina, on Saturday's Plan B, that he had the title of the song, which is about his girlfriend, long before he had even written the song. James said it is quite scary and a very vulnerable feeling, making music that is so personal to him but is thrilled to be sharing it with the world. You can watch the full interview below.
