'It's too cold to do the test, as the windows need to be down in the car'

Over the weekend we got a number of emails from driving instructions who’s clients had their tests cancelled because of the weather. One emailer said the examiner told her it was ‘too cold’ to do the test, as the window has to be down in the car for ventilation due to Covid-19.
