KFC has been forced to put cabbage in its burgers in Australia because of a shortage of lettuce. Kentucky Fried Chicken are using a mixture of lettuce and cabbage after floods destroyed lettuce crops. Lettuces are costing over 10 Australian dollars (€7) three times the usual price.
