Is the Leaving Cert the best way to filter university entry?

A study by the Organisation for Economic Co-Operation and Development has described the Leaving Certificate as "too narrow and rigid", acting as a filter for entry into third level education. The findings of the review into education services around the world  are due to be published later this week.  Kieran Cuddihy was joined by Minister for Education Norma Foley and Arthur Godsi, Former  headmaster of St. Andrews College and director of Godsil Education.
