Is energy rationing on the cards this winter?

An Taoiseach Micheál Martin has admitted he’s 'worried' about the winter as energy prices are set to soar even higher. EU Commissioner Mairead McGuinness this week has also cautioned that fuel rationing in Ireland 'could be a reality' in the autumn.
