Irish people are the joint-fourth highest consumers of cocaine

Irish people are the joint-fourth highest consumers of cocaine globally relatively speaking, according to a new United Nations report. According to the report, 2.4 percent of Irish people used cocaine during the previous year, tying with the US and Austria.
