Aisling's School Tour was back on The Ian Dempsey Breakfast Show this morning, and Aisling headed to County Carlow to visit St Patrick's National School in Rathvilly.
She spoke to all the lovely kids in Mr Townsend's 5th class - Saoirse, Clodagh, Kianna, Molly, Emma, Alana, Jade, Aisha, Lilly, Ella, Sean, Lexi, Kirsten, Adam, Rory, Evan, Dylan, Sarah and Lauren.
Hugs And Hens
A recent study has found that women’s stress levels can be greatly reduced if they receive a loving hug in the morning. Aisling asked the kids what they think the other benefits of a good hug are?
