Ireland is on track to miss its legally-binding emissions reduction targets by a long way according to the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA). The latest projections from the EPA show Ireland is set to reduce its total greenhouse gas emissions by only 29 per cent by 2030, compared to a target of 51 per cent.
