Insurance reforms – do they go far enough?

New guidelines approved by judges over the weekend will see significant cuts to personal injury claims. Minor whiplash injuries have been cut by more than half, as have nose fractures, leg, foot and facial scarring injuries. Dave Robinson's previous business Rathbeggan Lakes had to close in 2019 due to spiraling insurance costs. Michael Magner, Owner of Vienna Woods in Glanmire & chairman of the Irish Hotel Federation’s insurance committee and Lucy Medlycott is from ISACS, the Irish Street Arts Circus and Spectacle Network spoke to Andrea.
