Dudley joined Dermot and Dave to chat about his quest to try and create a successful Bobsleigh team in Jamaica. Dudley also shared his feelings on Cool Runnings, which is ''starting to grow'' on him. Dudley is now a motivational speaker and he spoke about New Year motivations and why 'sport' can help you in many ways - not just physically but mentally as well.
