Today Henry McKean visited Nicola Kearns who founded Nik's Tea at her kitchen table in Dublin. And Hurst Botanicals, a Fairtrade Kombucha produced by couple, Ellen Quinn & Alex Falco, who are passionate about biodiversity based in County Clare.
