How should we reintegrate former prisoners back into society?
When it comes to the lives of people with past convictions, it can be quite complicated to reintegrate back into society and come back to social norms. On the panel is Damien Quinn, founder of Speire Nua, which aims to assist people with criminal convictions to access the labour market, and Pat Sheedy, author of “A Hundred To One”, who both served time in prison, and also by Saoirse Brady, executive director of the Irish Penal Reform Trust, to give their thoughts on how best to reintegrate former prisoners into society.
