How can we encourage our young people to engage with the arts?

In November, the German Government introduced a €200 culture pass voucher to be given to all young adults when they turn 18. The initiative is designed to encourage young adults to experience live culture, drop their stay-at-home pandemic habits, and give a financial boost to the arts scene. Should Ireland introduce a similar scheme? Jo Mangan, Director of the Performance Corporation spoke to Ciara this morning.
