Speaking to Dermot and Dave,  productivity coach Niamh Brady shared her own experience of burnout, the signs to watch out for, and how to manage it without handing in your notice.     View this post on Instagram   A post shared by Niamh Brady Productivity Coach (@niamhbradycoach) You can catch Niamh's tips by clicking play above.
