House prices are dropping as the supply of new homes increases

Average house prices in Dublin are dropping at a rate of more than 1,000 euro per month, as the supply of new homes is increasing. The sale price of an average three-bed semi in the capital has dropped to 433,000 euro as cash buyers dry up.
