Hidden Histories: Lennon, Ono & Ireland

This week witnessed the 90th birthday of Yoko Ono - artist, singer, and peace activist. Ono will most likely be forever synonymous with the name of John Lennon, a relationship that was not alone a romantic one but which led to musical and artistic collaboration. Ireland is a curious part of the story of Yoko Ono and John Lennon and a series of songs that led to widespread criticism of both, and even claims of IRA sympathies. Lennon wasn’t the only former Beatle to land himself in such hot water though. Donal Fallon joins Gavan for another episode of Hidden Histories to discuss.
