Greyhound racing is receiving more funds from budget, despite calls to defund it

Greyhound Racing Ireland has received a €17.6m budget allocation for greyhound racing from the Horse & Greyhound Fund. That’s an increase on this year’s €16.8m despite continuous calls to defund this industry.
