The government appears to have ruled out the possibility of a second national lockdown, with the focus shifting to regional restrictions. Border counties could be moved to level 4 restrictions if Northern Ireland goes into lockdown, as concerns grow about the high rate of infection there. But have we become more disobedient when it comes to restrictions? Pete Lunn is a behavioural economist with the ESRI and member of a subgroup that has advised NPHET on the public response to the pandemic. He explained why he doesn't believe that complacency and fatigue have led to a fall in compliance. We were also joined by Priscilla Lynch, clinical editor of the Medical Independent.
