It was set up in 2008. However after over a year of legal cases the singer was released from the conservatorship. There was reaction from her Lawyer and Irish singers Jedward who were at the LA court for the decision. Anton got reaction to the trial from Tim Gray - Senior Vice President of Variety Magazine.
