Frances Black Says Proposals To Curtail Off-Licence Hours Don't Go Far Enough

Proposals to reduce off-licence opening hours are being considered in order to discourage house parties and prevent the spread of COVID-19. But Frances Black, Independent Senator and CEO of The RISE Foundation, feels that restricting hours is not enough. She is calling for the regulation of drink delivery services, which allow people to buy alcohol outside of licensing hours. She joined us on The Last Word to explain more.
