Four Out Of Five People Who Are Sexually Harassed At Work Don't Report It

Laura Bambrick, Social Policy Officer with the Irish Congress of Trade Unions, and Caroline McEnery, Managing Director of The HR Suite and an adjudicator in the Workplace Relations Commission, joined us to discuss why this might be the case.
