Fly The Nest This week's One To Watch is Fly The Nest. Fly The Nest is the alias of Stephen Cooper, and he joined Sarina on The Bellissimo Files to tell her about his latest track Say Hello. Stephen said the name Fly The Nest came from his tendency to travel, and even leaving things like music projects on the past. Although he's played in bands before, he's now flying solo. He said he's been enjoying having more creative scope as a solo artist. It also brings more opportunities to work with different producers and musicians. Stephen also creates music for advertising agencies and is working with one in L.A.
