Are you in the process of applying for a mortgage or buying a home? Some listeners have been in contact to say they’re experiencing delays in processing their applications and they’re asking if it’s related to the fact they’re currently receiving the State’s Covid-19 subsidies. This issue was highlighted in the news recently as AIB reversed a‘de-facto ban’ on mortgage approval for customers who were getting the subsidy.
