With many of us working from home for an extended period and no end in sight, what responsibilities do employers have towards their employees? Employment solicitor Richard Grogan says employees must be provided with a proper desk and chair, but many don't have these basic necessities. He predicts an increase in personal injury claims as a result of remote workers sustaining back injuries.
