The Regional Independent group have suggested in their Budget proposal a €15,000 grant for first-time buyers to move to areas with vacant homes. They say this will - ‘help to bring back life into our villages across Ireland, many of which have not had a football kicked on their streets in a generation.’ What do you think about the idea?
