Dublin Soup Runs At Risk Of Closure Due To Food Safety Requirements

It is estimated that there are round 15 volunteer soup runs operating throughout Dublin. Some of the groups are now being inspected by the HSE Environmental Health Service and have been found to be in breach of food safety regulations.
