Minister for Finance Paschal Donohoe has said there is a "strong possibility" of Dublin moving to level three in the government's new plan for living with COVID-19. There has been concern about rising case numbers in the capital in recent weeks, and acting chief medical officer Dr Ronan Glynn has warned that we could see as many as 300 daily cases there by the end of the month if the current rate of spread continues.
