A new strategy being drafted by Dublin City Council to crack down on anti-social behaviour in social housing settings will include refusing housing, exclusion orders and evictions for problem tenants. The strategy categorises anti-social behaviours into three levels ranging from activities such as dog fouling, to racism, to drugs offences and organised crime.
