Britain and the United States have become embroiled in a diplomatic row over the British Ambassador Sir Kim Darroch, who has been critical of Donald Trump. Darroch branded the Trump administration "inept" and "dysfunctional" in memos which were leaked by a Sunday newspaper, leading to a hostile response from Trump on Twitter.
