Dermot Whelan's 16 Second Meditation Proven To Reduce Stress Hormones

Every Monday Dermot & Dave aim to look after your mind, body and spirit by getting an expert in to help us better juggle the busyness of every day life. This week's expert is our very own Dermot Whelan who found himself turning to meditation when life became a little overwhelming for him. Dermot realised he was waking around with what he describes as 'brain fog' and following years of practice, Dermot is now a meditation expert and teacher. Dermot chatted to Dave about his passion for meditation and he walked us through a 16 second meditation that has been scientifically proven to reduce stress hormones Dermot is also running a meditation evening on March 29th in the Helix at 6pm, where he will teach people all about the destress tools that have worked wonders for him while also having all the craic too!
