The Bellissimo Files' One To Watch: Colohan On Going From Wedding Bands To Releasing His Own Music

Colohan This week's One To Watch is Galway's Colohan. Colohan, (first name James) has just released his debut single after years of playing in wedding and cover bands. When the pandemic hit he thought it was finally time to do what he'd gotten into music for in the first place. The result is his track Time To Go. Colohan said that although he loved his job playing in the band, it didn't allow for much creativity to flow. He's been enjoying getting to be more creative and actually put the early stages of the song together at home in his bedroom. However, he said the best thing he did was sent it off to be worked on by a producer as it gave him someone to bounce off and make the track it's best.   View this post on Instagram   A post shared by COLOHAN (@iamcolohan) For future plan, Colohan is planning to keep consistent releases coming and is working hard on getting a live show ready when it's possible to do one.
