Ciara Kelly reports from the Turkey/Syria border after the devastating earthquake

This week marks two months since the devastating earthquake that hit Turkey and Syria, killing almost 60,000 people. Works are continuing in the region, where almost 1.6 million people are now living in tented accommodation due to the damage. Unicef is working in the area and so far has reached 400,000 people, but aim to help 3 million people. Our own Ciara Kelly has travelled with Unicef and visited a refugee camp in Hatay, one of the worst affected areas of the earthquake – where education and time in the classroom is playing a key role.
