Julie And The Phantoms Julie and the Phantoms is Netflix's newest teen music series from the man behind the High School Musical franchise, Kenny Ortega. Julie (Madison Reyes) is a teen who, after her mother dies, loses interest in music. However, that all changes when  the ghosts of a rock band appear in her garage. Madison told Sarina that it is mind blowing to think that her first acting breaks comes on a Netflix series - she can't wait for everyone to watch. They also told Sarina that they all gelled very quickly at the X-Factor style auditions.
