Car free Dublin... Is it the right move?

A ban on cars in several areas and the reallocation of road space to public transport services, cyclists and pedestrians will be implemented across Dublin city centre from next year. This new plan was announced yesterday by the National Transport Authority (NTA) and Dublin City Council.
