Did you book flights with Ryanair before the pandemic only to have them cancelled? And if so, have you received a refund yet? Despite Ryanair's claims that all March refunds have been cleared, and that all April refunds would be cleared by 15 July, many customers have revealed that they are still waiting. Many have voiced their dissatisfaction on social media and to consumer watchdogs who are campaigning for airlines to refund their customers.
