When Can I Expect My Ryanair Refund?

Many Ryanair customers whose flights were cancelled due to the pandemic are still waiting for cash refunds. The airline had previously promised that everyone with cancelled bookings from March and April would be refunded by July, but it appears that this hasn't happened. Customers have taken to Twitter to voice their frustrations using Matt's hashtag #wheresmyrefundryanair, which has been trending. So what can you do if you're still owed money from Ryanair? Consumer journalist Siobhan Maguire has been looking into the situation, and she joined us with more information.
