As we get closer to the end of 2020, Newstalk is asking its listeners what the 20 most influential moments of the last 20 years are… It’s been 20 years since the Millennium and in that time, there has been political upheaval at home and abroad, technological advances and significant social change… We had the first Black President of the United States, the Queen in Croke Park, a new currency, a global financial crash, a pandemic… Over four weeks, Newstalk will be focusing on one of the Top 20 each day, and today, it's all about the civil war of 2002 – Saipan!
