"Building on strong foundations" | €4m Funding confirmed for Women In Sport

Wednesday saw the announcement of a fresh €4m in funding for the Women in Sport (WIS) Programme for 2025. At today's press briefing, OTB's Rachel Sheehan spoke first to Minister for Culture, Communications and Sport, Patrick O’Donovan T.D, then it was the turn of Sport Ireland CEO, Dr Úna May. Rachel also caught up with Minister for Sport and Postal Policy, Charlie McConalogue, Chairperson of the Women in Sport Committee, Michelle Tanner, and finally, Kelsey Kirby – Sport Development Officer & Racer Motorsport Ireland.
