Although she was nervous about posting such a vulnerable song, she's delighted that people are really paying attention to the message. During this difficult time we're all trying to look after our mental health and Joy said she has a few tricks for keeping hers in check. She's been keeping a diary and scheduling her days to give her more structure. This is a very weird time and probably not brilliant for those who suffer from mental health issues. The last two days I’ve felt quite deflated and my mind has definitely wanted to play bouncer to any kind of dopamine up there.
