Brexit Hits Irish Slice Pan

Brexit uncertainty continues but what does it mean for Irish medium business? Bread has a shelf life of 3 days. Most Irish bakers use UK flour in their products. Any delay or a crash out Brexit with WTO tariffs could push up an Irish sliced pan by up to 40%. Henry McKean visited McCloskey's Bakery in Drogheda which sells bread both sides of the border.
