Back To School In Disarray Over Social Distancing On School Buses
NPHET has advised the Government that secondary school students must maintain social distancing on school buses.
It contradicts the Department of Education's advice to parents that school bus services should operate without social distancing, while secondary students would have to wear face coverings.
Lee-Anne Kierans, spokesperson for the Association of Irish Private School Bus Operators, and Priscilla Lynch, Clinical Editor of the Medical Independent, spoke to us about the confusion surrounding this.
Angela Dorgan, chair of the National Campaign for the Arts and CEO of First Music Contact, also joined us to talk about the challenges facing theatres, music venues and cinemas.
