The government has accepted NPHET's recommendation to move the country to Level 5 restrictions. It's the second time NPHET has made this recommendation in recent weeks, and an announcement is expected this evening outlining exactly what the new restrictions will entail. But has there been enough clarity up to now? Does the government's message need to be simplified in order for people to comply?
