Are E-Scooters The New Way To Commute?

At Ennis District Court, a 24-year-old man was convicted of riding an e-scooter on a footpath without insurance. The vehicle was seized by a Garda and subsequently destroyed. In Ireland, e-scooters are currently classified as 'powered transporters' and are not permitted for use on public roads. New legislation is on the way which will allow for the regulation of the vehicles, but will they be the new way to commute? Andy O'Donoghue joined us for Tech Tuesday along with Duncan Robertson, General Manager for the UK & Ireland Region for Dott, to discuss this.
