Age Is Only A Number For One Limerick GAA Player

''I go training at the start of every year and if it goes well, I stay fit and play away and I'm just another player then'' [audio mp3="https://media.radiocms.net/uploads/2021/12/07123435/PaulineMcCarthy_0712.mp3"][/audio] A lot of the GAA headlines this week were around Kieran Donaghy who won the Kerry County final with his club Austin Stacks, at the age of 38. However, Pauline McCarthy from Ballybriken in Limerick won the Junior B Football Championship with her club - St Ailbe's - just a week after her 62nd birthday. Pauline joined Dermot and Dave to chat about her illustrious career to date and what her secrets are. You can listen to the full chat by clicking the Play button above.
