People Before Profit TD Paul Murphy has called on the government to extend a rent freeze on tenants living in rent pressure zones until the end of the pandemic. Concerns have been raised that landlords could potentially be able to increase rent by up to 8 percent for tenants living in Rent Pressure Zones when the current freeze ends on July 13th.
