A new programme could grant Irish Americans the right to retire in Ireland

A new programme being proposed could grant Irish Americans aged between 55 and 75 the chance to work or retire in Ireland, and potentially qualify for full citizenship after five years. The programme is being proposed by Fine Gael TD and former Foreign Affairs Minister Charlie Flanagan.
