David Cullinane, Sinn Fein’s Health Spokesperson joined Gavan Reilly on On The Record to discuss the latest tension between NPHET and government and how there was a lack of cohesion between the two groups leading to a lack of clarity for the public. He spoke of the Antigen issue where there hasn't been a clear voice on the issue of whether they are necessary and fit for purpose or not.
