Mental Health These past couple of weeks have been a strange time for all of us. As well as keeping physically safe - by washing our hands, staying home as much as possible, and keeping our social distance of 2 metres if we are out, we also have to find ways to look after our mental well-being during this Covid-19 pandemic. Spun Out CEO, Ian Power joined Sarina, on Saturday's Plan B, to chat about 5 ways in which we can do this. Ian spoke about the importance of connecting with others, being active, learning new skills, helping others and checking in with ourselves. You can contact Spun Out via their website, spunout.ie, or text, 086 1800 280. To hear more about the 5-a-day of mental health click the Listen button above.
